What We Offer
• We will guarantee you rent, regardless of voids for e.g 36 months
• We will source and manage our own tenants
• We assume responsibility for maintenance of the inside of the property for the duration of the lease
• Guaranteed price paid for your property at the end of the agreement (agreed at the beginning of the contract)
• Whilst under lease the property will be kept in excellent condition
• We will pay your estate agent fee
(up to 1% of the agreed sale price up front)
